Mission Team 2009
| From July 24-August 15, 2009, another mission team assisted by The Presbyterian Church of the Mountain was able to return to Kenya and the Amilo Village. With “Sharing God’s Love “as our theme we were able to share and assist AVFP staff, volunteers and partner’s with training and various needs. Blessed with the presence of young people on our team we were also able to strengthen relationships with our orphans and share love with all whom we met. Through the power of God’s love strong bonds were formed with our USA and Kenya AVFP staff, volunteers and villagers with hopes of continued growth of all AVFP endeavors.

Mission Team 2007
From September 14-29, 2007, our mission team from the Presbyterian Church of the Mountain followed up with another visit to Kenya and the Amilo Village. This team was able to achieve the goal of building and strengthening relationships with our partners in Kenya. In a spirit of unity we shared and learned much from those who work with St. Martha’s Ministry in Nairobi; (Partner Ministry) as well as the AVFP orphans, orphans families and villagers of the Amilo Village.
Looking through God’s eyes we were able to see and hear many needs, concerns and requests. This will help to guide us in AVFP future endeavors as God continues to carry on His mission in Kenya.
